Joining Quadrant

As a multi-industry fund, Quadrant is open to any employer in any industry throughout Australia.

By becoming a participating employer with Quadrant, your employees will have access to our great range of member services, financial advice, competitive returns, insurance and lowest possible fees.

We also make your job easier by providing the latest information on superannuation with informative employer seminars and quarterly Employer News updates. Quadrant Online, our fully integrated online contribution system, makes it easy for you to pay contributions on behalf of your employees.

It's easy to get started - and there are no joining fees or charges. Just follow these simple steps:

Step 1.
Join up as a New Employer

Complete the New Employer Details application form.

On this form you will be asked to choose how you would like to pay superannuation contributions for your employees. You can write a cheque, use direct debit or BPAY. Return this form to us and we'll send you a welcome letter confirming you as a new participating employer and provide information on your selected method of paying super contributions.

Step 2.
Sign up your employees as new Quadrant members

Provide your employees who will be joining Quadrant with the latest Member Guide which includes a Quadrant Investment Choice application form.

Once your employees have completed the application form, check to ensure it is filled out correctly and signed. There is also an employer section that needs to be competed and signed.

Return each application form to Quadrant. Once we've received the form and processed the details, we'll send your employees a welcome letter with their membership number and information about Quadrant.

Step 3.
Ask your employees to complete a Standard Choice form

When new employees join Quadrant they must also complete a Standard Choice form which is also located in our latest Member Guide.

Ask your employee to complete and sign the form and return it to you. Once your employee has received their membership number from Quadrant, add the number to complete this form and retain it for your files. You do not need to send us a copy of this form, it is to keep with your superannuation records.
