Employees leaving
If you have an employee who is leaving their job, you can let us know by filling in a Notification of Employer Contributions Ceasing form for all Quadrant Investment Choice and Personal Super members. For Launceston City Council Defined Benefit members, please fill in a Notification of Defined Benefits Member Ceasing Employment form.
Once we receive the form, we'll write to your employee to let them know what happens next.
Did you know that employees can continue contributing to their Quadrant super account through their new employer or invest their super in a Quadrant Super Pension if they are retiring.
